The Lily of the Valley (Convallaria Majalis) is a flower, so white and pure, with its fragrant bell-shaped flowers, followed by glossy red berries. It hangs down its head and has been cited in the Bible, Matthew 6:28-30 that mentions "Christ is the Lily of the Valley

HAPPY 10th BIRTHDAY, my dear BUDDY ♥ REST IN PEACE♥
On April 15, 2004 we adopted from the East Providence Rhode Island
TODAY 10 years later, Buddy is the most MISSED lovable sweetest furry canine companion that anyone would love to own and love. We are so happy to have given him a love he so deserved. How we wish we could have been given many more years to share with Buddy. GONE TOO SOON
Today if you were with us, we would be celebrating your 87th birthday, my Dad, Edmund Joseph Pacheco, who was born March 27, 1922, the eldest son of the Manuel Ruis and Virginia Camara Pacheco from East Providence, RI. He moved on to his home in heaven on June 10, 1986 at the age of 64. It was an untimely death and most unexpected.
IN MEMORY:
March 20th - is the 1st day of spring for 2009
Spring comes in between the 19th to the 23rd of March and at different times. It changes on a yearly basis because the first official day of spring is the (Spring) Vernal EQUINOX. This is when the sun is directly above the equator. It rises due East and sets due West and does not do so on the exact same day every year since the calendar is not exactly 365 precise days every single year. In 2009, spring will arrive on March 20th, as stated above and the sun will be above the equator, crossing to the northern hemisphere at approximately 11:47pm

Heartbroken by the loss of his grandpa, he insisted that he wanted to fulfill the plans that they had. So at the age of 14, our son, John Michael built a free-standing shingled wooden 12ft by 12ft shed on a cement slab in our rear yard with no carpentry training except for assisting and watching his grandfather in the past. This project was scheduled to be built during 1986 summer vacation with his grandfather, however because his grandfather (my father) passed away unexpectedly on that day in June, John Michael planned to complete this project by himself. Saddened by this John Michael told his father and me that he would still build this shed. This shed was built with so much love that we felt that his grandfather was with him giving him the knowledge and ability to complete this project.
These internal carpentry genes come from his grandfather, Edmund Joseph Pacheco and his great-grandfather, Manuel R. Pacheco, who were professional carpenters their entire lives. In the early years they worked as Pacheco and Son, building many houses. Later when Manuel died, Edmund continued working as a carpenter building and repairing Almacs supermarkets on salary rather than maintaining his own business.
