A change in one life can be changed by an unexpected chance meeting of an old friend. This is how I was introduced to amazing cleaning products that would change the way I purchased household cleaning products for the rest of my life.
It was a Monday night on August 31st, I was given 3 complimentary tickets for the MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods in Connecticut to see the Cirque Dreams called "Illumination" a highly artistic and energetic show, a theatrical adventure featuring an international cast of athletes, including contortionists, aerialists and trapeze artists. After sitting through a ninety minute action-packed production I needed to find a restroom on the way out of the theater. I saw the men's sign but did not see the women's sign but I did see women coming from a corridor as I headed in that direction. I said "Is this the way to the Ladies Room? to a woman that was standing there in my way, As she said "Yes" I said "Are you Eileen Moran?"
She said "yes, and my sister is over there."
I told her I would be right out so please wait.
When I returned there was my high school friend, Kathleen Moran from East Providence High that I had not seen for over 30 years. We were the best intramural partners. We talked and tried to catch up the happenings in all those years. I told her I was still in Avon and Real Estate since the early 70's. We exchanged business cards and
that is how I was introduced to Wowgreen.
Wowgreen International is a company whose mission is to help “free the world of toxic chemicals one household at a time”. Wowgreen promotes educating consumers on toxic awareness as well as coming up with a solution. As time goes on most of us are starting to learn about
how common household cleaners are poisonous to our homes, ourselves, our children, our pets and our environment. Research and studies across the nation are revealing their ill effects. Some companies are trying to join the green movement by “going green”.
The question is “how green ARE they?”
Many chemical and green cleaners are very vague and misleading and are still toxic to you and your family.
FOR A SAFE GREEN CLEAN
Wowgreen products are one of a kind. Each of their cleaning products contains a proprietary multi-enzyme formula, Lipase Protease Amylase Cellulase, developed to satisfy the cleaning tasks of today’s modern home. Their process enables enzymes to live in the same environment and maintain efficacy at very high levels. Wowgreen enzyme cleaners are pH neutral, non-flammable, non-corrosive, non-toxic, have ZERO impact on the environment and are 100% safe to you, your children and your pets.
GREEN CLEAN YOUR HOME OVERNIGHT
Wowgreen offers a full line of cleaning products, all priced comparable to the cleaners you already use and have a convenient doorstep delivery.

By simply transferring your spending from toxic cleaners to non-toxic cleaners you not only save money, but you will also make money. With the world going green and news about the toxic chemicals sold in ordinary household cleaners popping up everywhere, many Moms and Dads are making the switch to enzyme-based home cleaners.

Thanks for commenting Kathleen! Oh that's ok, I understand not having a ride and cars that need repair! (Dan's car had to go in a few weeks ago, and a week after he got his back my battery died in the middle of route 1 in Attleboro and I had to be towed! Pretty scary!) I like the Wowgreen product, I will have to tell my friends with children, they are always looking for non toxic cleaning supplies! :)
Heather,
It seems a car is a necessity today, and they are sometimes nothing but trouble and added expenses.
It must have been scary on Rt1 with your car not moving. I had a scary expereince on Newport Avenue near Slater Park My brakes let go and I was alone, fortunately I was going the speed limit and there was a side street coming up which I manuveured the car to the right and stopped. Never forgot the feeling.
Wowgreen is amazingly safe and does a fabulous job without the chemicals and the pugent odors that would trigger my asthma.
Mention to those who might be living close to Pawtucket that there will be a lauching gathering at the old Archies on Mendon Rd now called The Call on Tuesday,
9-29-09 at 7pm. Please come, bring Dan, John and I will be there.
Hi Kathleen!
Thanks for commenting on my "Spirit of America" blog! :) I am glad you enjoyed the show also! I wish I had gotten tickets for another night!
I just saw your response to my other comment I left you, sorry I did not see it sooner, it doesn't alert me when I get a response on other people's pages!
Wow, that must have been wicked scary to have your brakes let go like that! I am glad you were able to get off the road safely and nothing happened! I have had two car accidents, both not my fault, and I really hope to never have any more!
How was your launching gathering? Dan and I were actually in Boston on Tuesday, we had tickets for WWE's Decade of Smackdown at the Garden that night! (My next blog actually is going to be about that lol)
I love the music you have on your blog btw! :)
Heather,
I am so glad you like my choice of music. It is so relaxing when I am stressed out. I open my blog to listen to the music while I read by emails.
The gathering went well, there were at least 50 present. They are going to have another at The Call in Pawtucket on Tuesday, October 6th at 7:30pm If you and Dan can make it that would be great. Invite some of your friends to come, too.
Your Aunt Carol has been using the products now since Alice Botella's birthday when I gave the kit to her to use. If you would like to use the products ask Aunt Carol to give you the kit and you can try them for several days. In fact if you get the kit from her tomorrow you can bring it to me on Tuesday night. Let me know if that works.
Thanks for the comments, Kathleen! Florida should be fun! (Dan thinks that everything won't go according to plan, but what does he know? lol) Yea, Decade of Smackdown was fun! I enjoy live wrestling events!
:) I can imagine! It is nice music! I have iTunes with all my cds imported, I should listen to that more! I always seem to have the tv on instead though!
Oh that's great! I am glad you had a nice turn-out! Maybe after Florida we will attend one, we are busy trying to get everything together!
Haha, thanks but I don't do a heck of a lot of cleaning myself! I did mention it to my friends with children though, and they thought it sounded nice, but they wanted to know a price? A lot of them can't afford anything too expensive! Did Carol give you feedback on the products? If so, what did she say?
Talk to you soon! Heather
Carol loved the carpet cleaner the best, she had a 4 year orange stain that the Wowgreen removed. She was very impressed. She also liked the fabic pre-wash.
Tell your friends it is not expensive, what they normally spend on the toxic house cleaning products, they replace with Wowgreen products. They can go to my website to see all the products and their prices
http://www.wowgreen/corbettteam
They can purchase retail like going to any website on line to purchase.
The best deal is the "preferred customer" where they purchase all 12 items at once and never have to purchase the whole box again and they will always get 20% off on any item they want a refill for. Some of the concentrates are only $3.00
Have a great time in Florida and when you return I will let you know the gathering schedules that you and Dan and your friends can attend.
Hi Kathleen, Thanks for the info on Wowgreen. I'm going to pass it on to my kids and others interested. George and I try our best to help the environment as much as possible. I wrote a blog on 'going green' not long ago.
Thanks for your wonderful comments on my blog. That means so much. I had a very sad weekend after Ray's death--but time will heal.
Thanks again.
Hugs,
Betsy
Betsy,
Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog. There is not a day that doesn't go by that my mom isn't on my mind, and that was 5 years ago this past August 16th while I was in Anderson, SC so excited with the birth of my first grandchild a grandson, Nolan, who has started school this year.
I believe, that whatever we can do to preserve our world is better than not doing anything. If it means changing the way we clean I am willing to make that change and even breathe better from no toxic fumes.
Hugs, Kathleen
Sometimes it does seem like a small world, doesn't it. Thanks for the information about Wowgreen. We need more companies like that.
George, Thanks for your visit, always appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks for the comments, Kathleen! I love writing poetry, it only happens on occasions, mostly death of loved ones sadly! I do love to write though!
Yea the ghost tour was awesome for historical information! I really enjoyed it! I hope my mom gets a chance to go on it one day, she would like it too!
Thats awesome to know that Wowgreen worked on her stain! I will def pass it on to my friends, and see if they would be interested in attending a meeting!
The special meeting with Grayson Marshall, one of the founders has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 7pm at The Call Mendon Avenue, Pawtucket, RI Please try to make that one, I know you and Dan will enjoy hearing what Grayson will say, he is a very inspirational person.
Please write more of your lovely poems, do them for the people you love who are living and can hear the beautiful words you write. Write one for your Mom and your Nana, even your brother would appreciate your words.
Hope to see you on the 3rd of Nov. Bring your friends. the more the merrier. We need to make our world greener one household at a time.
There is no meeting next Tuesday.
