MY GODMOTHER
"My Godmother I think she must have come from God
Because she shares His name.
She’s also like my mom and dad --
Her love is much the same.
I know that when I need a hug Her arms are open wide
And she is always there for me To listen lead and guide.
I’m glad that I can lean on her
Because she’s very wise.
I think she is the very best
-- An angel in disguise."

It seems like she had a wonderful time! One of my older sisters' birthday is July 14th! I know we don't know each other too well, but I wanted to let you and your family know I am praying for you and your husband.

Kelly we deeply and sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness and your prayers for my DH, John Michael's dad.
We look forward to meeting you some day when we visit our son and his family. A friend of Vickys is a friend of ours. And a belated Happy Birthday to your older sister.

Good morning, Rhondi,
Thank you for visiting this morning and leaving me such a lovely comment.
Definitely my Aunt Hilda (Rea)is an amazing person that I and our family so admire and love so much. She was the caretaker for my Mom, because she insisted.(They lived together since her husband and my Dad had passed away. They were sister-in-laws, but she always said "Your Mom is like a sister to me"
What a lovely compliment that you enjoy my music selections and listen to it while you quilt. I listen to it while I open my mail and visit blogs.
BTW,
I also enjoy listening to Pandora at
http://www.pandora.com/

Pandora, free account, is a music discovery service designed to help you enjoy music you already know, and to help you discover new music you'll love.
Great site.

Good evening Theresa,
Thank you for stopping by tonight. I, too, love company.
My Aunt Hilda is an amazing woman, there are days I wish I has her energy. She is always there to help someone. The family has told her she missed her profession, she would have made an outstanding nurse.
My DH, John, is slowly gaining his strength. His ulcerative colitis condition had been in remission for years and it just flared up the past few weeks that he got so weak that he needed to be hospitalized. thanks for your concern, it is appreciated.

I thought I had left a comment the day you posted this, but it must not of went through. Strange...anyways I wish we could have shared her birthday party together. It looks like it was so much fun. I can't wait to see everyone in October!
